Kimberly J. Robinson, Esq.

While experienced in civil litigation, Kimberly J. Robinson focuses her practice primarily in family law. Prior to co-founding Robinson | Duffy, PLLC, Kimberly worked at a private law firm and later was the owner of KJR Family Law, LLC. Her extensive family law and civil litigation experience allows her to provide her clients with the aggressive and knowledgeable representation they need and deserve. Kimberly is committed to providing personal, compassionate, and effective legal services to her clients. By being committed to listening to her clients’ concerns and needs and carefully navigating through and explaining the legal process to her clients, Kimberly is able to help minimize the stress and anxiety normally associated with family law and litigation disputes.

Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota, Kimberly is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, cum laude, where she also served as an editor for the St. Thomas Law Journal.

After graduation, Kimberly served as a law clerk for Hennepin County District Judge Stephen C. Aldrich, where she worked in family, civil and criminal court. In the winter of 2007, Kimberly’s article, Assessing the Status Quo: Domestic Abuse and International Child Abduction was published in the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Family Law Forum.



Jillian K. Duffy, Esq.

Jillian K. Duffy’s practice includes litigation, general business law, family law, and estate planning. Jill devotes a significant portion of her practice to a broad range of general, construction, and commercial litigation and transactional work, including construction defect disputes, contract disputes, mechanic’s liens, and other business and commercial disputes. Jill constantly strives to obtain practical solutions to her client’s legal issues while remaining a tenacious advocate. Jill’s litigation work on both the plaintiff and defense sides have allowed her to achieve a full understanding of the dynamics of litigation and have encouraged her to think “outside the box” in developing a litigation strategy for her cases.

Licensed to practice law in the State and Federal courts of Minnesota as well as the federal courts in Colorado, Jill is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 and a Certified Family Law Mediator. She is also a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State and American Bar Associations and the Minnesota Women’s Lawyer Association and MSBA Construction Law Section.

Jill obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth with a B.A. in Psychology, and received a second B.A. the following year in Criminology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
